গর্ভকালীন সময় আপনার স্ক্রিনিং টেষ্ট করার প্রস্তাব আপনার দায় বা আপনার বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক বলবেন এবং করতে হবে কিনা সেটাও তারা বলবেন কারন আপনার চিকিৎসক আপনার বিষয়টি ভাল বুঝেন

Screening is your decision – your midwife (or specialist doctor) will give you information and support to help you to decide whether to have screening or not. Talk to them about what’s right for you and your baby.

১-গর্ভকালীন রক্ত পরীক্ষা
২-এইডস্ স্ক্রিনিং
৩-ডাইবেটিস স্ক্রিনিং
৪-ডাউন সিনড্রম বা অন্যান্য শারীরিক অবস্হা
৫-অন্যান্য দরকারি পরীক্ষা ও স্ক্রিনিং টেষ্ট প্রয়জন অনুযায়ি আপনার চিকিৎসক করবেন

Screening tests can tell you whether you or your baby are more likely to have a medical condition. Some medical conditions can make you and your baby very sick and others can affect how your baby grows and learns. If screening shows that you or your baby may have a condition, you will be offered further tests that will let you know for certain.

এ টেষ্টের মাধ্যমে আপনি জানতে পারবেন আপনি এবং আপনার বাচ্চার শারীরিক অবস্হা কেমন আছে এবং সে সাথে । আপনি বা আপনার বাচ্চা দুর্বল কিনা এবং এর জন্যে আপনার বাচ্চার বেরে উঠা ও আচরণগত শিক্ষা গ্রহন করতে পারছে কিনা যদি এ সমস্তের বিপরীত হয় তাহলে তাহলে স্ক্রিন টেষ্টের ফল অনুযায়ি বুঝতে হবে বিষয়টি একটি নেগেটিভ পর্যায়ে আছে এমনটি হলে আপনাকে পুনরায় স্ক্রিনিং টেষ্ট করাতে হবে কারন অনুসন্ধান ও প্রতিকারের জন্য।

First antenatal blood test

প্রসব পুর্বকালীন সময়ে

your blood group and rhesus factor (if you are rhesus negative, ask your midwife [or specialist doctor] to explain what this means)
your haemoglobin (the amount of iron in your blood)
if there are any antibodies that may be harmful to your baby
if you are immune to rubella
if you are a hepatitis B carrier
if you have syphilis
if you have HIV (see below)
if you have diabetes or are at risk of developing diabetes (see below).
রক্ত পরীক্ষা যে সমস্ত কারনে করতে হয় সেগুলি নিম্নরূপ :
হিমোগোলোবিন,এ্যান্টিবডিস,রুবেলা,হেপাটাইটিস বি,সিফিলিস্,এইচআইভি,বিদ্যমান ডায়বেটিস বা ডায়বেটিসের সম্ভাব্যতা।
